Weight Loss Expert Identifies Best Book Every Written About Dieting

The Straight Scoop About Dieting
After reading hundreds of books on dieting, Allen Oelschlaeger found only six he could recommend anyone read. The rest are filled with so much misinformation, misdirection and, in some cases, down right lies, they have the risk of causing more harm than good.
Oelschlaeger, author of Finally, the Straight Scoop About Weight, Nutrition, and Fitness, said “most books about weight loss have two problems — either they perpetuate the prevalent myths about how to lose weight that actually block any chance of weight loss, or they are written to promote some gimmick that sells a lot of book but has no scientific basis.”
The best of the six books Oelschlaeger found in a public library. It was published in 1983 and it shares the author’s personal experience during 25-years of dieting and the results of her extensive research as to why 95% of dieters gain back any lost weight — often overshooting where they started.
Oelschlaeger decided the world just had to have access to this book so he chased down the author and asked if she would be willing to have her title republished. She agreed and this landmark book, The Straight Scoop About Dieting by Sharon Greene Patton, was reborn in late 2007.
Readers of this outspoken and compassionate book will find that it clears up the confusion delivered by the weight-loss industry, eliminates the guilt and shame of past dieting failures, and opens their mind to a non-dieting approach to weight loss that actually works. Oelschlaeger said, “People shouldn’t give another nickel to the $60 billion weight-loss industry until they have read this book.”
Allen Oelschlaeger is an author, consultant, and speaker on a personal mission to discredit the mainstream and fad beliefs about weight loss that have so-obviously failed us (and which are totally unsupported by the evidence) — and to convince the world there is a completely different approach to losing weight that actually works due to its precise alignment with the true nature of human physiology. People can learn how to effortlessly reach a perfect weight and NEVER struggle with their weight EVER again via the numerous resources available at http://www.TruthsPublishing.com.
